In addition to that, the cashier also told me in future must bring original bill for payment. I can't just give them the account number to pay for TM bill.

I am still waiting for Hero market that replace Jaya Grocer Cheras Sentral to start their TnG reload system.

Therefore i assumed that there will be Tng reload service.

oh, i always on & off every 2-3 weeks sure will reload there once. sometimes rm200 sometimes rm500. the most recent one i reloaded on 14/1. smile.gif

Ok I finally manage to reload successfully using pbvs cc at nu@sentral Sam groceria... Middle lane.. Local staff... She did it with no questions asked...

So happy the groceria member card getting revived for 2016.. Thanks all !!

It's a supermarket owned by Mydin, same league like Jaya Grocers, Cold Storage.
Unfortunately, Malacca doesn't have one yet.

I haven't got my member card access fixed yet. I sent another feedback through Contact Us at the website but till today no reply.

I'm frustrated over their online CS service! vmad.gif

Maybe you can enquire at the physical CS counter in your next visit.

Another frustration is Sam's GP is located at LG floor and there's no data coverage for Celcom.

I can't show or demo to them.

My email to the CS dated back in September wasn't reply at all!
