i was at SAM KL sentral about 2 weeks ago.

cashier was indeed experienced, and helped to me reloaded few touch n go cards.
but the thing is their system doesn't support reload IC with touch n go, the error was something like invalid card or something, tried another counter with different machine, same thing.

pretty sure nothing wrong with my IC, as I using it daily for LRT all these while, in fact, i used it to went and back from KL sentral smile.gif

Was at Jaya Grocer Cyberjaya, the CS counter reloaded my TNG only tell me cash payment only sad.gif sad.gif

wasted as no cash back

i think it's not linked.

there are 2 slips from the ePay terminal for each transcation, one for customer, one for merchant, both has bar code in it.
the cashier has to manually scan the bar code to their POS for payment.

he reloaded everything, then only tell cash only, and can't reverse/cancel the reload, so what to do?
manager came also say TNG reload can't cancel, if in-store goods purchase i sure insist on cancellation one.

I used MBB cards, but i think that promo meant for CIMB cards and ended some weeks back.

hey fruitie, i was at SAM KL Sentral on monday.
Both cashiers also told me they can only do max RM500 for bill payment per day, per counter for each CC.

did you encounter that? hmm.gif

Counter A: RM 89.75 for each bill
