ok, got myself a sam's membership card already. forgot to pay with cc lol... should be can right? anyway, i paid with rm100 because need smaller change.

Managed to reload 2 TnG cards, pay 2 UniFi bills (split into 5 transactions - 3 counters) and 1 TNB bill with no hassle in Sam's Groceria, Nu Sentral.

Friendly people as usual. The grumpy elderly lady was there in CS counter and I didn't want to approach her at all. Always unfriendly. The staff curi2 told me a lot of customers also complained and they also scared of her.

She is always in the CS counter, Malay lady but looks like converted Chinese Muslim. I could be wrong.
Anyway, I really hope she doesn't step on my tail or any other customers' tail because for sure she will be complained further.
Even the staff said I was not the first one to give such comment, this shows how popular she is and putting her in the CS counter doesn't help much.

Yeah probably for you. Whoever can reload in TnG Hub, it is still a better choice.

As for me, my happiness doesn't last long as we have been just informed recently that our KL Sentral office will be officially relocated to Gardens on 2nd May. So, yeah I will stick to JG in the future. Good thing is my TnG usage will be so much lower and only need to reload once every few months. From existing RM 5.60 via LRT per day for two trips to RM 1.60 via RapidKL bus. That's a difference of RM 4.00 per day, my usual RM 200 reload will last quite some time.

they said cant use for top up tng
