I mentioned few times in previous post. Sunway carnival Penang only accept cash for bill payment. For touch and go no issue. I am the first one who tried this out, and they actually process for me with cc. After my payment, they told me no more cc for bill payment in the future and they put up the sign board.
However, no issue if pay at gurney paragon Penang and nu sentral.
The next one I wish to try at aloe star. A new branch of Sam grocery

Could you tell us again how you paid the streamyx bill? Do you bring the original bill or just photostat one or just the account number? And usually which one will cashier choose on the menu? Tm/streamyx ?

You means you pay at different time and different counter? Or all at once in a same counter?

I used to pay TM bills at Sam. But I notice usually they give me unhappy face when I pay bill via credit card. Hence I pay via Internet after that. I think I want to try again to pay TM bill at Sam since you always successful pay the bill.
Some joker tell me can't use credit card at times previously. You know, it is irritating ESP when I specially drive there, parking and pay the bill!

Today pay bill at Sam grocery aman central alor star. Initially want to pay via maybank VS. they suggest to pay via Cimb to get voucher. After payment, go to customer service. The they say can't give voucher as it it bill payment and not buying grocery... Always no luck with Sam grocery

In addition to that, the cashier also told me in future must bring original bill for payment. I can't just give them the account number to pay for TM bill.

I reported here previously that aman central SAMs won't issue voucher for Touch n go and bill payment via CIMB cc. I think I am the first one to try it out. Because when I tried, the cashier said can. Went to second cashier , say can also. The same to the 3rd cashier. After done everything, went to redeem voucher. Then the first officer said wait for a while, called in 2nd officer and 3rd officer. Then they made a phone call. Then ask me to go to buy some food first as they need time. After 20 mins , the officer came and told me can't get voucher. She apologise as she said I am the first one to use this service. Reload touch n go plus paying bill only cost me 5 mins, but waiting for their clarification has took me 30 Mins.
I told myself I won't go back there anymore.
