Because I always asked can I top up using cc, they said no straightway.

I asked the staff 1st on that day and she said can, then I only pass tng and CC

Yes I always ask, if they said cannot, I will ask why cannot, then sometimes they allow, sometimes they try to goreng, and sometimes they insist cannot

it's already very well known that extremely rare for petronas station accept cc to reload tng card.

within KV, only ONE reported working so far.

the one for petrol kiosk, they got subsidized fee from Petronas PDB, and also the lower rate is a controlled-rate for petrol.

They lose money on the transaction. TNG sells them credit at a very very low discount, so they already don't make much from giving reload services. Then once you subtract merchant fee from CC company they actually paid more for the credit than they earn from the customer.
