first try reloaded 2 TNG cards at petronas kinrara using new mbb ikhwan petronas visa.

1st card reloaded rm50, no reload charge
2nd card reloaded rm50, no reload charge
credit card charged rm101 (rm1 surcharge for rm100 combined reload amount for both cards. luckily not rm1x2 surcharge)

now let's wait for cashback next week

I was previously based in KL Sentral for 7 years until recently office moved to Gardens. However, AmEx is only best used during weekends, I don't work during weekends and will not go there purposely.

actually your other part of the question piqued my interest: MRT station has TNG reload machine accept credit card   

3 items to find out:

1) does it accept Amex? 
2) what is the MCC for the kiosk 
3) does all the kiosks at all mrt station uses the same kiosk vendor? could be same or could be distributed across 2-3 vendors. depends on the project scoping and how the contract was awarded.

hope that the kiosk vendor implemented the tng reload properly, else it'd kill/brick the TNG card for using it (*ahem*dbkl's new parking meter*ahem*)

May I know guys of you having any experience to claim back the money from TnG? My scenario is when I purchased the new card + reload RM50 from TnG Hub kiosk machine it did not produce the card at 26th Jun. I come back to the hub on next day to claim back the money, then the staff said need 14 days to check the CCTV and will credit back to my bank account and ask me follow up with TnG customer service. After 14 days called back customer service said need at least 30 days! After 30days called again said need another 14 days. I afraid this will never ending, did any sifus here have any suggestions?
