May I ask which kkmart is that?

KKMart (Jln Maharajalela) at my area also has TNG reload without service charge but I dunno if can use CC to pay (they do accept CC for normal groceries). I only tried one time paying with cash.

A lot of places also accept CC for normal purchases like Watson and Tesco but that doesn't mean it should accept CC for TnG top up/reload transaction.

That particular branch: kkmart @ bandar country homes, rawang could be the outlier.

not necessary. you need to ask them explicitly.

even now, i saw FamilyMart IOI City Mall Putrajaya also can offer TNG reload too, but when asked, only cash. however, they accept card payment for goods purchase.

i will try reload at this branch with pbbVS ccard (for cashback under grocery).. let's see and reconfirm my statement later..

Sometimes is the stupid employee making their own call/ discretion.

1) AEON Sunway Pyramid
Ground floor clearly advertised can top up, but every time staff said cannot, machine spoilt, etc, got a feeling they're lazy
Customer service counter - sometimes they allow credit card, sometimes cash only. It really depends on the staff. When I question, they said itu staff lain, memang tak boleh

2) Giant Kinrara
There are so many feedback before that CC not allowed anymore, or system down. Again, I can tell you it's the stupid staff. Got 1 particular staff super terrible, every time I go, she will either say system down or CC not allowed.

Then I question further, and ask for other staff to attend to me, then allowed.

After tried several AEON at several states, I gave up!

I just asked KKMart near mine, reload w/ cash only. No cc.

Only cash, even voucher they also don't accept

AEON also doesn't accept its own issued cash vouchers.

Wondering is there any place can use voucher to reload (those places don't accept cc)

Just reloaded with service charge RM0.50 at Jaya Grocer Mesamall , Nilai.

I was able to reload touch n go using CC in giant kinrara last friday (15/2/19)

There's one particular employee always say cannot, giving all sort of reasons.
She's either lazy, or she really incompetent/ not sure how to do it

Tried a few times at Jaya Grocer The Gardens, have to pay 50cents service charge, and need to be there early otherwise their daily quota is limited.

I thought Giant not allowing CC for reloading tNG..
