Jaya Grocer (JG) replied the new outlet Family Grocer @ Emerald Avenue, Selayang will offer same services as normal JG.

about JG @ Cheras Sentral Mall that ceased operation, they've moved to da:mén @ Subang Jaya.

As mentioned by sendohz, the vacancy will be replaced by Hero Market.

Da Men is in USJ1. Now Subang/USJ people have two places to reload =)

Alright, I guess UniFi will not be so cruel and immediately suspend my line on 7th? sweat.gif
I've totally missed the date (once) before and they were nice enough to give more leeway, and in fact SMSed me about a week or so later saying "if you don't pay by tomorrow your line will be cut". Paid that night itself, no service disruption.

So there is some additional leeway in there. Of course, better don't take too much advantage as reconnecting can be a hassle, but I wasn't able to settle it at that point in time.

i just reloaded my tng card again yesterday. smile.gif

Use Empire Jaya Grocer then, that's my personal place. First 15 minutes parking free, I drive in to VIP, as long as no long line then won't be charged.

lol, so risky. if suddenly long queue or got delayed due to some error/mistake and became over 15 minutes, how much need to pay for the parking? besides, reloading in jaya don't have membership points. sad.gif
*
For you Sam's is obviously the best choice, but I don't pass by Nu Sentral....

Parking at the VIP is RM3, if consider too risky can park normal parking (further to walk so more chance to be delayed, also harder to find place) which is RM1.

If you go off-peak time should not be a problem. If going at night then I normally get my wife to do it and I wait in the car.

so you reloaded rm100 x 2 times right? because i worry if you you reload rm200 in a single transaction, pbb may easily suspect it's not a petrol transaction. anyway please report here after you get your cb. thumbup.gif
*
He says max RM100 a transaction. Anyway if you drive the 'right' (IMO wrong) type of vehicle can easily spend close to or more than RM200 for petrol, so I don't see anything suspicious here. Friend in civil engineering line regularly pump more than RM150 for his tank.

Yes, discrepancies can be tracked easily via their system but if one does not register the card online, they will not be able to trace the card's owner. TnG card can be bought easily without having to disclose any information unlike telco simcard.
*
Hence CCTV.

I believe the system fairly easily exploited though. Not worth their while to upgrade security though, since so much existing system everywhere in toll/shop.

yeah, very likely due to ePay taking the same downtime period to do maintenance instead of disabling TNB independently to other billers.
*
So.... all TnG reloads gonna be disabled till 22nd?

It is one step backward, as we strive to become a cashless society.  mad.gif
Can we suggest that Sam Groceria is allowed to charge us 2% of service charge, if we use credit card to pay for e-Pay transactions (reload Touch 'n go card, pay bills and mobile reload)?

Assume that we want to pay RM 100 for a TMNet Streamyx bill. For that, Sam Groceria will charge RM 102 to our credit card. Out of RM 102, RM 100 goes to paying the bill, and RM 2 will serve as a commission for Sam Groceria (to offset the merchant discount rate from using the credit card).

Plus, as fruitie said, no Sam points should be given for e-Pay transactions paid via credit card, and e-Pay transactions should be limited to RM 1000, per customer per day.

fruitie, could you please forward this suggestion to the outlet manager of Sam Groceria, NU Sentral (whenever you are free), since you have very good relationship with them? I will try to send this suggestion via e-mail to Sam Groceria. If more people are echoing the same sentiments, maybe we can persuade Sam Groceria to revert their decision.

I have no issue paying 2% service charge to Sam Groceria, as long as Sam Groceria allows me to pay for e-Pay transactions, using credit card.
*
What you propose won't be acceptable, because both VISA and Master don't allow sevice charge for use of card. That is a long time issue with unscrupulous merchants in Malaysia, don't encourage it.

Reload with cash, a lot of places can even my office downstairs punya grocery kiosk also can. laugh.gif We can only reload with CC at Jaya Grocer now.
For Sam's, it's a permanent removal for CC facility, only cash will be accepted and it seems no interruption if using cash.
*
For WISE users yeah that's the case, but for general CC use all TnG offices should accept CC, no? Pair AEON card with an online cashback card paid through posonline for 3+% cash back.
