lol, so risky. if suddenly long queue or got delayed due to some error/mistake and became over 15 minutes, how much need to pay for the parking? besides, reloading in jaya don't have membership points.

sam's not my best choice because i usually only go around shah alam and subang jaya only.

Yes, discrepancies can be tracked easily via their system but if one does not register the card online, they will not be able to trace the card's owner. TnG card can be bought easily without having to disclose any information unlike telco simcard.

Just went to mydin usj, cannot reload touch n go until 22 July. System down.

yeah, very likely due to ePay taking the same downtime period to do maintenance instead of disabling TNB independently to other billers.

I guess they are making loss over this.

It is one step backward, as we strive to become a cashless society. 
Can we suggest that Sam Groceria is allowed to charge us 2% of service charge, if we use credit card to pay for e-Pay transactions (reload Touch 'n go card, pay bills and mobile reload)?

Assume that we want to pay RM 100 for a TMNet Streamyx bill. For that, Sam Groceria will charge RM 102 to our credit card. Out of RM 102, RM 100 goes to paying the bill, and RM 2 will serve as a commission for Sam Groceria (to offset the merchant discount rate from using the credit card).

Plus, as fruitie said, no Sam points should be given for e-Pay transactions paid via credit card, and e-Pay transactions should be limited to RM 1000, per customer per day.

fruitie, could you please forward this suggestion to the outlet manager of Sam Groceria, NU Sentral (whenever you are free), since you have very good relationship with them? I will try to send this suggestion via e-mail to Sam Groceria. If more people are echoing the same sentiments, maybe we can persuade Sam Groceria to revert their decision.

I have no issue paying 2% service charge to Sam Groceria, as long as Sam Groceria allows me to pay for e-Pay transactions, using credit card.

Reload with cash, a lot of places can even my office downstairs punya grocery kiosk also can. We can only reload with CC at Jaya Grocer now.
For Sam's, it's a permanent removal for CC facility, only cash will be accepted and it seems no interruption if using cash.
