go airport use uber/grabcar lor (if you don't want to use taxi)... takkan want to park at airport until you come back from overseas, mahal parking...

haha, i kena also. but despite whatever reason they gave me and t&c they showed me (same like the one you quoted), i continuously complained until i got back the full refund lol... what they need to do is just to send in your refund request to their management for approval.

the 20% rebate for min 80 times toll usage no more. but the 5% plus toll still have.

The 5% for usage at plus more than RM100 within the month

Managed to pay my TNB bill at Sam's Nu Sentral just now.

Anyway, my card was blocked. TnG blocked it, I have received an email regarding it earlier but because of my card is a bit torn out, so I can't see the serial no. I'm even more surprised that the card still can be used until today, if I didn't reload it, I guess I can still use it till my credit depleted. TnG will refund the money back to me but will deduct RM 10.60 for service charge.

Long story short, bought a new card at TnG Hub just now.

Anyway, I saw RM 150 for reload in Sam's. Will explore it again tomorrow since I will need to reload my new card now.

tng blocked ur tng card for what reason?

strange they charge rm10.60. if you voluntary terminate the card, charge is rm5.30 (gst inclusive).

According to the person, the system detects it as faulty chip.
I don't know but she told me it is RM 10.60 and will bank in to me. Bugger.

If I didn't go and reload my card today, I wouldn't know my card had issue. Tried two times and voided the transactions eventually..

i too had a plusmiles card blocked/unable to reload at JG. previously reloaded fine. weird.

I had the same issue too when I gave two of my PlusMiles cards to my colleagues, they were newly bought that time. Brought to Sam's and cannot reload, then went to TnG Hub to check the reason... Apparently, the toll I bought kept the cards for too long and became dormant already.
I can only spend the default RM 5.00 that came with it and nothing can be done anymore. Unless I complained to PlusMiles which I was lazy and didn't follow up.

Well, I also cannot believe what TnG Hub fellows told me. Luckily only RM 10.

Anyway, TnG is really based on luck, I already had few times encounters and all related to Sam's Groceria.

It is just my bad luck, I guess nothing to do with them.

Once bought the card, quickly register it at online portal so that at least we are aware the expiry date of the said card. My 2 cents.
