After driving for 2 full days, I noticed the following problems of this case which I am not really liking it.

- very plastic feel especially the gear and handbrake
- very finger print magnetic on music player
- sound insulation from the rain is very bad. I had to blast music to cover the rain sound!
- I don't know why my knee feels so tired and cramp sometimes because the seat does not extend to support fill thigh length and not enough of room space to stretch you leg out.. (I drove more comfortably in my Myvi)

And.... The stupid head rest is soooo difficult to adjust although I pressed the button to the max! I had to literally 'hammer' it down or shift left and right to force it up! Omg... I'm just gonna complain to the service center to replace it.

For the service, may i know must we use their lubricant oil or we can purchase ourselves ?

Number 7 still ok rm 30 only....but number 5 maybe abit not worth rm 160....

if you bring your own lub, honda sc won't change it for you, then you'll have to get it done outside, which means, bye bye 5 year warranty

if want to use, can buy at hingan, much cheaper compared to sc

brothers & sisters, i got my car 2 weeks ago..found not good condition i got of my new City V Spec Modern Steel Metallic. Anyone face same issue with me?

1) every time when start engine, within 5 mins will have a sound "tack" 1 time, from engine part. I have check with SC, he said is normal, is activation of ABS Modulator. I wondering, every time activation sound so loud, till can feel a bit shaking at pedal there. I don't know your all City latest model, also have the same sound?

2) during air-cond fan going to stop, there's "kork" sound come out then following by the fan will stop. Every time heard this sound, is loud until sitting inside also can hear it. According to SC, the sound is from air-cond compressor & it's normal. It's true? you also also have this kind of sound & very loud till you all can hear when sitting inside?

3) rattling sound under my dashboard, inside of my odometer. It's so annoying, the sound come out once running on rough road or more worst condition road.
Today send in to SC for 3 days, open dashboard for checking & repair. It's my first time to open up dashboard for repair

4) Bad Soundproof. I was trade in my 10 years old city, feeling the old city have better soundproof compare with City V06. It's like i am driving my Myvi on the road !!

item (1) and (2) and (4) is absolutely normal. Nothing wrong.

Congratulations u got item (3): rattling sound, which is happen to 99% of the City owner (including me).

Well, that's is the quality of Malaysian CKD cars.....feel so sad. U just have to pray hard don't encounter more severe issue (engine / gearbox).

I've been driving for 5 days, previously I'm driving 08' myvi and I totally agreed for what you mentioned above
Especially is head rest.. is really design bad and make me not comfortable when driving, even myvi do better then it, LOL
But the transmittion is really smooth than myvi, I don even know I am driving 150km/h when driving on highway until i look down
The rain sound isolation is really bad, which i thought i am sitting in a milo tin
gear and handbrake whist you can purchase cover outside which gives you leather feel.....

Actually, can we change Honda City headrest?
