CVT Software Update

according to a fellow member from GM6 Society Malaysia, only one software update arrived in malaysia, his car is the first to be updated, he mentioned that the software are unique and only can be use on 1 car, so, for those who're affected, keep waiting la~

U guys service how much that mileage? I not sure your lil bit is how much haha..
*
anywhere from a couple hundreds of km less or more from the intended mileage mark (1k) is acceptable, did my 1k at 1.1k, and my 10k at 5k+, next month going for 20k, but mileage less than 8k

Hi guys, i noticed that my ignition button do not have the green light when i started my engine and driving. Does yours have the same issue or not?

Is this "Normal" or my "Green Light" burned already?  sweat.gif
*
green light won't light up after you've started your car, try pressing the push start button with your foot not on the brake icon_rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(LaVilla. @ Nov 4 2015, 12:45 PM)
I am surprised both of you guys' tint shops actually stick the tint onto the dots. Maybe their worker inexperienced. hmm.gif

The tint shop i went, they actually measure and cut off the tint film so that it wont stick onto it.  sweat.gif
*
can stick 1, it all depends on the skill and quality of the glue, more than 6 months since installed, no sign of peeling off on my llumar film yet

*
not really, they just have the balls to stick it on and worry about it later, lol

haha at 1st, also same. Because i was wearing seatbelt, so impossible it's the seatbelt warning. So nowadays, i knew it is the handbrake. smile.gif

Haiz..i normally forgot to put down the handbrake when i am thinking something in my mind  sweat.gif
oh i see. which mean those users who got affected, can have that particular section tint tear off without damaging those dots. smile.gif

By the way, nice avatar tongue.gif
*
thanks thumbup.gif
i myself have used cutter blade on the edges of the windscreen, as long as you don't push too hard on the blade, it'll be fine, worst case scenario, you remove the black color coating on the windscreen laugh.gif

I have checked. Indeed if we start engine normally don't have that green light 1. If don't press the foot and press the button, will have the green light.  notworthy.gif

***

checked, you can save a total of 12 stations in the hu, there are FM 1 and FM 2, each containing 6 slots in it's preset list, to save a station, simply tune to the correct frequency, push the select button once, turn to the slot you want (1~6), then push and hold the select button for 3~5 seconds
ie:
1.tune to 101.8
2.push select button
3.select slot
4.push select button (3~5 seconds)

lol...bro, simple maths in 2 senarios:

Senario 1:
80K for 2.55% for 7yrs -----> total interest incurred is approx. 14K
Senario 2:
u wan save a little interest so dump in extra 15K
so 80K - 15K = RM65K
65K interest for 7yrs will be 2.7% (around that) so total interest incurred is approx. 12K
U save 2K over 7yrs by dumping in extra RM15 while never think of investing the RM15 in other investment which could bring u return more than 2K tongue.gif
Anyway, if ur too rich and dun mind to throw in the additional 15K to save the 2K over 7yrs then that's another story la biggrin.gif
*
he's rich, he got his own driver, got his own executive car, so, no worries shakehead.gif

May i know what is the best material for the bodykit between ABS and PU? And also roughly the cost for modulo bodykit outside. Pls help thanks
*
abs - not flexible, crack / shatter upon impact, easy to paint
pu - flexible, hard to paint

pu are generally the best for bodykits, ori honda ones are pu, abs 1 should cost within 1k, pu anywhere from 1k to 1.3k

No news on that. But if the rumors are correct that we re getting the facelift like the China version.
I would prolly skip coz the rear design looks so ugly to me.
You can mod the light but do it at ur own risk coz it's definitely void warranty.
*
FYI, there're 2 different version of honda city being sold in china, i assume your "facelift" was meant to be Honda Greiz, and it is not a facelift
search for "Honda Greiz unveiled for China – another Honda City?" on paultan
