It will be interesting if you can suka suka assign an architect/engineer and go into the site and take records. It's also interesting to know that the developer owes you an obligation to show you how they do plastering... It's even more interesting to know that you can proceed with the legal action if the developer doesn't show you how they do plastering works but continue to bill you...

Out of topic - just to let you know that yes if you are a shareholder you can go to the AGM to voice whatever you want if you are given a chance to speak up and no one stop you but lodge this kind of complaint to Bursa is totally a wrong channel.

I still keep my last hope that you are here to highlight valid concerns and get things resolved amicably.

Hi buyers of Eco Majestic, I had communicated with EM/EW and they agreed to have a meeting with us to talk about the (potential) quality issue that is hotly discussed lately in LYN. To make the meet-up focused and meaningful, we will talk about the following main areas:
- clarification / explanation over the (potential) quality issue as highlighted / triggered by the forumer named Twskola.
- briefing on how the QC is being taken care of
- progress update (since this is sth that many buyers have somewhat "dissatisfied" with. I requested some slides / pictures to show us.)

This will be an exclusive / closed door meeting for Eco Majestic buyers only and they will get ready their senior persons (including technical team) to meet us. I have requested them to try to make arrangements to bring us to site (seems quite positive no promise though) to show us proof how they control the work quality and for better understanding too.

The meet-up is scheduled at 10am tomorrow (12 December 2015) at the sales gallery of Eco Majestic. I need a little favour from those Eco Majestic buyers who want to join to pm me your details, ie your name, type of unit purchased and if you are willing to, your mobile phone number too for ease of contact. I will pass this info to EW. This serves 2 main purposes ie to ensure no other people except for buyers and for EW to do the necessary preparation.

This is a gesture of goodwill from EW and thumbs up thumbup.gif to them for being open to the buyers. With this hope all issues can be clarified / answered / addressed.

Note: very sorry for the rather tight schedule as I made such meet-up request quite last minute (after I changed my mind). Some senior staff will be on holiday next week onwards and this Sunday will be the annual dinner of EW, so couldn't find any other suitable time.

Maybe some of buyers want to maintain the anonymity of their identity - it's totally fine. But I think at least indicate your confirmation here if you intend to come tomorrow - just for EM to do the necessary preparation.

Hi EM neighbours, if you have decided to join the meeting tomorrow, if you do not pm me may I suggest that at least you let the SA who serves you know about your presence?

Honestly, I do hope that we do it as mutual respect ie keep them informed earlier who will come to confirm the presence of genuine EM buyers only partly also to ease their preparation works. Seriously, I believe that you hardly see other developers in town are being so open and willing to arrange this kind of meeting just because some one posted some photos (which some can't really be verified whether linked to the developer's project). Let's maintain the cordial relationship.
