QUOTE(LTFan @ Dec 3 2015, 09:15 AM) Was at Tropicana Height Bangi last weekend to 6c6c. Impressed with the landscaping and the type of trees planted and not so much for the house design nor built. Getting curious for the type of trees/ green EM will employ for their landscaping to portray the majestic feel. Bro, there is a river down the bridge but we couldn't see it even we walk down from the car (not to mention while driving along the red carpet) as the view is blocked by the decorating plants. Also, looking at the picture here, I don't seem to find the river under the red carpet bridge. Maybe Akan datang? Google map said it is Kawasan cerun .. Whatever that mean. This post has been edited by Jasoncat: Dec 6 2015, 10:06 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

Notice that the debate is getting hotter. My advice to the buyer is - please go and talk to EM/EW. Seriously, since the claims of shoddy works are not directed to them but rather thrown/discussed in the forum, how would you expect EW to respond to you? Do you expect Evon or Dato Chang or Tan Sri out of sudden write in to LYN and tell the whole world that "hey the actual story is .... and we ...." or do you expect out of sudden they hold a press conference to clarify the matter? No, it won't happen and it's not the way too. This is not a small SME setup but a corporate. Or do you expect your SA out of sudden WhatsApp or call you to tell you that "hey lately someone posted in the LYN that... and we wish to clarify that ...". Again it won't happen. I personally talked to them and will ask for update as I know no matter how good or how bad I write in the forum they have no position to update me if I don't bring this matter up to them.
So, if the allegations are true, yes I truly appreciate it for the wake up call else god knows what the intention is. And even if the allegations are true, fine, get EM/EW to rectify the problems and stop labelling else what's the real intention behind? Honestly, I totally agreed with what Chris boss said, I think EW has been listening to the buyers and has been serious in taking action. In fact I understand that for one precint, not sure whether mistakes made or works not up to spec, the car porch was hacked and redo. This post has been edited by Jasoncat: Dec 7 2015, 02:10 PM |

QUOTE(shadowofevil @ Dec 8 2015, 11:00 AM) NCR=non conformity report, in our contractor field Bro since ypu ate in this field, may I ask a question. If the works done by the workers / contractors are not as per the specifications or requirements, so the consultant / project manager / QA team will not sign off, and so next stage of works won't be able to be carried out - is my understanding correct?is issue out by consultant due to contractor non compliance to their requirement or spec This post has been edited by Jasoncat: Dec 8 2015, 12:15 PM |

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Dec 8 2015, 03:48 PM) Fuuu , your statement really world class! Mind to ask that did you bought any property top developer before and can share if any developer is willing to send their troop to non official e-forums or kopitiam forums to answer the ABC defects that never officially file in their sales gallery and not needed to verify whether the complainant is own or just an outsider? So far, he yet to answer whether he is a buyer and if not what concern him so much |

QUOTE(shadowofevil @ Dec 8 2015, 09:54 PM) Jason gor Thanks for your info bro. Then it's also possible that the pics of those "seemingly shobby works" (still subject to verification) were taken prior to inspection and may have to be reworked /rectified in order to pass the requirements and proceed to next stage of works Normally in big job NCR is consider quite sensitive issue and will hv to rectify before work can proceed. However per job/project spec or requirement from consultant may varied too...there is no standard spec to be honest but of cuz we M&E service do have set of BS/IEC standard to follow laaa... |

Have gathered further info from EM/EW.
Some of the pics showned by the forumer ie twskola (whom I reasonably believe is the same or related person of the forumer who name itself as "Ecoworld Shareholder") were from EM site while some can't really be verified unless the forumer is willing to furnish more details. Understand that the "unsatisfactory works" were still in progress ie still need to go through and get the greenlight from the external consultant, their engineers, the QC team from EW and of course the architect too. In fact one of the pics were marked with red which means that a rework is required. Explanations were given and EM/EW is willing to meet the person who made the complaints and clarify further. But why does he never want (at least up to this point in time) to show up and meet them. Why not furnishing more details to them to ease their investigation works? Well, it appears to me the intention behind is more towards sabotage rather than finding a solution. Anyway, EM / EW may now be more alert and stress even further on the quality control issue. I guess this is the only contribution of that forumer other than creating havoc. |
