I personally, not interested to find out if twskola posted his finding or rather those photos with any kind of intention. Forum is for sharing and as one of the buyer of EM property, I will positively take it as a worth probe into kind of matter and request for the developer attention and EW owe an answer to these buyer especially Cradleton buyer.

So, yes..everyone is entitled to their own opinion and it is up to the reader to believe or not. The bottomline is, lets focus on the issue rather than the poster.

Whether he is 'fat lan za' or else .. but he indeed show the proof of bad quality construction , so may v just focus on the quality issue and dont keep attack each other , as told from jason gor regarding the issue is raised to top management which is very good for all EW buyer, so actually v got to thx the guy who post all these shit instead of attacking him . just my opinion

Are you in the construction field? Based on the pictures posted, can you pin point which picture shows a bad quality construction? What should be the correct way to do it?

For those plastering, it looks uneven for sure.. But is this the final layer? I presume there will be more layer(s) to be applied later on? Is it the first layer must be very a smooth surface? Any other picture from other project to benchmark?

I appreciate if there can be more elaborations.

I think all this pictures should be posted on the Ecoworld facebook.

The onus and responsibility is on Ecoworld to explain to the buyers as the houses are bought at a higher premium then other developers projects. Also, what is the point of having a defective house wth a great environment when house buyers faced cracks and water leakages.

I can see the last picture is a roof view which I don't think a house buyer viewing its unit will take the effort to climb to the roof to view the quality. The pics may come from a disgruntled contractor or etc. But this is not the point who shot the pics. Ecoworld has the responsibility to respond to all queries and its Ecoworld responsibility to deny all the pictures and accusations thrown by that person.

FYI I am a purchaser for 1C Cradleton. As I brought up earlier the problems, Ecoworld is expanding too fast and sure along the way there will be QC problems. I was told its the right of the purchaser to view its units on the during the construction phase. One of my friend even took the trouble to check the QC of his unit every mth by going to the site to view his house.

Remember, once the plaster goes up, all the QC problems will be hidden and after that, cry and cry will also not help you as the developer can do the time tango on us by delaying fixing the problems or doing cosmetic touch up hoping the warranty period expired and then the developer will wash their hands on you.

I come from the construction sector and yes the quality is very bad if the pictures shown are of Cradleton project.

That y I mentioned in my earlier post. If quality really bad, better highlight to ew management now better than wait till house VP.

Go n c the act site with ew ppl and listen to their explanation is much much better than just talk based on the photos.

Actly existing buyers should highlight as much as possible to ew. Let them tk the corrective action. If the pictures r not true. Let them tk the action as well

I can tell you my unit had reached the plastering claim stage ie the billing now is on the roof stage. So, whatever defects will be hidden and in due time the poor workmanship will show up....

You can see from the below picture the bricks should not be standing being plaster as the weight and the plaster will not stand the weight in due time and it will crack as most bricks are laid lying down n not laid lying up.

Have u tk tis photo n talk to ew ppl since u r from construction line as well. Easier for communication with them.
To be frank, this photo no much ppl will understand even contruction ppl. sweat.gif
