I have checked with my friend for quotation as he just done renovation for his own house. If I were to go 1 by 1 to source for the 10 items, i can save a bit and my cost will be around 15k++. I have to deal with 10 contractors/sellers but I get to choose my own design. Still considering on the package
*
Yeah , maybe can save a bit but the hassle to deal with 10 contractors , time to spend to coordinate and get it done might takes months .

Amber deliver everything before CF, right ?

Can pay by credit card with instalments , right ?

Renovation technically should commence after CF has been received and bare unit inspected for defects.

I did some homework and find the similar items in IKEA and you all know IKEA is probably not the cheapest place to shop. Very rough estimation so feel free to correct. Installation fee probably need another 2K? Still much lower than the package price. Once again, first time buyer here so I probably miss out some key expenses.

Package A estimation

Probably there's some missing figures in the wall cabinet in the kitchen, and your curtain is super duper cheap!!!
RM15 each for lightings, so u plan to use fluorescent tube light for all?

Thanks for going through. I think you are right about the wall cabinet. Definitely extra cost there to get it working. Yea, that is the price for Ikea curtain but I think they are wider though.

Your Ikea curtain is probably only 1 layer without railing whereas they are giving 2 layers . I checked , the price is very competitive .

I'm considering as it save a lot of troubles and I can get it all done upon collection of keys.
