Only NON-RUMAHWIP are allowed to sell.
Pretty soon after VP we will be able to see which design and floor plan unit is more welcomed by buyers and at what pricing! |

Casa Residence - 3 Bedroom & 3 Bathroon 
Kiara Residence - 3 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom 
Z Residence - 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom 
We all observe thoroughly, see which type of layout plan more practical...more attractive. ...& more valuable |

CASA Green Non Rumahwip got 3 designs...the other two are quite similar to KR but with additional washroom.

I heard & saw the Park 2 @ Pavillion Bukit Jalil charging about 950 p.s.f for the balance unit
So can I foresee the subsale price for Park 1 & 2 @ Pavillion Bukit Jalil shall be 1100 p.s.f soon in year 2020??? If I'm not overestimate, so Casa Green can stand alone the price at 650 ~ 700 p.s.f??? You think more logical price??? |
