Hi all daikor, with regards to RUMAHWIP, knowing that owner is not allowed to sell or rent within 10 years since SPA. Any possible to rent it out? Upon completion, owner would probably own and stay in another property. What are the consequences if we get caught by renting out?

Really? That's very bad! Should follow that family see which unit they are staying and snap picture as evidence.

Keep making report and compliant to dbkl until action is taken. That is not what rumawip meant to be. sad.gif

Today I received a letter from Amber stated that they're in the preparation for the deliver of vacant possession and required us to pay them the utilities deposit for them to apply the connection from the authorities. In this case, estimate when will be the handover ya? I'm planning to move in in March. Do you guys think is it possible?

You know if the developer office had changed their phone number? I can't reach them for days. Thanks

The phone is down due to TM failure.
Try call them again next week.

For Block A owners, if you are concerning on the letter received regarding the utilities deposit, you may try to call developer to make appointment to go to their office or wait for their call.

Amber Homes will be calling the purchasers one by one to make appointment.

You can pay via online but you still need to go the their office to sign the application form. The signature has to be same with the signature in SPA (they will attach the form with SPA in case u forget how does your signature look like)

YOU MAY JUST IGNORE THE 14 DAYS LATE INTEREST AS AMBER HOMES CONFIRMED THEY ARE NOT CHARGING INTEREST ON THIS.

The letter has been sent out to Block A purchasers only, Block B & C not so soon

I checked with Amber - there are two packages: basic and optional
From sms received, they sent out optional renovation brochure.

The basic package cost RM 16800 as you mentioned earlier.
But I forgot to ask for the list of items in the basic package. Anyone can share the info?

Gate and window grille - i find it okay.

I have checked with my friend for quotation as he just done renovation for his own house. If I were to go 1 by 1 to source for the 10 items, i can save a bit and my cost will be around 15k++. I have to deal with 10 contractors/sellers but I get to choose my own design. Still considering on the package

If you get few contractors or suppliers, need to take leave to meet different ppl, unless time is not a problem.
