Bank seldom delay drawdown, mostly due to late advice by lawyer or wrong documentation.
You can always appeal to Amber if the fault is not at your side.
If you are using the panel lawyer, you shouldn't be charged the late payment.
If you are using own lawyer, then they can charge you if the delay is from your lawyer

Block B and C should be due on 17 or 18 March for the 5%. Take note and don't miss it and kena penalty.

If my hearing not wrong, next billing affect everyone as well.

The billing will soon become separated billing which mean those regarding common things is charged such as drains, parcel framework charges.. When come to billing on unit structures, unit internal fittings, it will bill accordingly, which mean the higher floor will be billed later compare to lower floor.

So, I heard next billing item will still be common area, which all of us should get the bill together.. Not sure I heard correctly tho.

Means in total, the progress billing is 15% or 20%?

same then, 15% + 18k for parking is billed.
