Even if I brought three years ago and leave it for KIV and only paying quit rent. Will still make some profit.
Anyhow, if base on today's land cost, today's feasibility study and projected 3years later market value, this development may still viable if go for anything above RM680PSF.
I am not mistaken, another reason I withdraw was also due to land too close to NPE elevated part of highway.
Bear in mind that approved density in 3years back is very much lower in compare to today's DBKL policy.
As such, many development which are not so "viable" previously had become viable today.
Eventually, land owner's is the one beneficial even tough their land is located right beside HTC, Cemetery or any unwanted type of structure.
