cant imagine 875sf with 3room , maybe the second and third room cant even put in queen size bed. showroom also same as previous. But most important is the pricing, if they do like aset kayamas sure sell one. price cheap cheap below 500k sure sell

Yea, I think it will be either higher density or higher price per sq feet. I hope CitiZen 2 will have a distinct design from CitiZen. I think it would be better, else it will just look like a massive pile of condo from the same developer like parklane OUG.

Vice versa applicable too, if Aset Kayamas reduced their number of units, reduce the likelihood of RumahWIP and match the quality and specs given by Binastra, then they also cannot sell at price cheap cheap.

I second that. Quality vs Quantity, and no track record for AK yet. Not until Pandanmas VP this year.
