Hi, most of the developer mark up the actual price by about 20-30% !?
then, give discount 10 - 15 % ?!
few points here :-
- to know the "actual" or more realistic or more down to earth actual selling price, the loan amount will be approved by bank will the best Guideline or reference point !?
- developer mark up so that later "Left" over units can sell easily, otherwise those Investor might sell at lower price?!
particullarly when those "lelong" unit(s) ?!
- also, most of the developer price are projected in terms of 5 years from the project started if not less !?
