i'm not sure.
what i see is the higher floor you go the higher the price per sqf.
maybe the one you looking at is no longer available...
the one she intro me is 600++ sqf and selling at 800k++ (fully furnished)
but there is also smaller unit 500++ sqf also selling at 800k++ but slightly cheaper but is bare unit.
the bare unit is at higher floor and the fully furnished is at lower floor which made the differences.

Can check out this video taken from skyscrapercity, posted by "World 2 World". Can see Robertson at far back & the progress of PNB118.




Can roughly see the view of the twin towers from The Robertson high floors when completed.

Don't forget there is still an 8% discount the last time I check.

Hi guys - this development, do they sell shop lots? a friend told me about robertson have shop lots for sale, appreciate if somebody can shed some light on this.

dont think they are selling but leasing out. see the 3rd pic, find the banner for contact.
