He only spoken on EC feng shui, not predicting if project can complete or not. Maybe he was right predicted dragon aura was in EC, that's why still tough get going until now, no abandoned. Subcons/suppliers not paid yet got scolded. Like this feng sui still no good meh?

then he should be invited when the unit is complete renovated so that he can advise where to put the vase. what he has to do with property product if not trying to fortune telling good thing to attract investors??

went to property fair at velocity just now..
the salesperson told me currently selling at 1400psf after discount..
the launching price is just rm1000 psf right?

Current price is around 1300 psf nett. Still dont see the value of investment here compared to the earlier phases.

according to sa the price is bare unit.
the difference between bare and furnished unit is about 5% according to the sa.

as the higher you go the more expensive.
not currently is about rm1400 psf as per sa told me.
not they sell both tower not much different except the view.
