BBCC vs The Robertson South Tower(TR)
Price
1600psf vs 1400psf (TR wins if package offered about the same)

Tenure
Leasedhold vs freehold (TR wins)

Location
Tie (since both are nearby each other)

Developer's reputation
Ecoworld vs Gamuda Land (Tie)
I myself would go for GL since they have more completed projects and many of their projects have garnered recognitions but I know a lot of Ecoworld's fans would think otherwise since many of Ecoworld's talents actually come from SP Setia. But still, it's a little unfair to use SP Setia's past results to gauge Ecoworld's capability. So I think a tie would be a fair answer.

Project Concept
BBCC wins
Kudos to Ecoworld for bringing in Mitsui Fudosan & Sony Zepp Hall to BBCC. The whole project which include the signature tower, the retail mall, the live concert hall, the hotel, the office tower & the service residence should easily win over TR's wholesale mall & service residence. But of course BBCC sits on a 19 acres land while TR only has 3 acres of land.

Taking into consideration from all the above, I would say The Robertson is still a worthy choice.

BBcc direct linked to any mrt ya??

actually bbcc selling at 1600psf is good for TR.

with this TR vped can command higher prices if compare to surrounding projects.

TR looks to me next to the KL biggest eyesore (plaza rakyat) and Tung Shin hospital. If so lucky get the jackpot, maybe can get money easily from the Magnum HQ also..

Ya. Bbcc a good project to buy. In fact many city center, MK, damansara projects are better buy than those suburban selling at future prices.

plaza rakyat plan to redeveloped next year. Think it will come true one day, water already suck out, compensation paid to early purchaser. 118 want to be a new iconic landmark in kl, cant just leave the eyesore there, sure someone will pushing this move on

Actually, you believe it's bad Fengshui to have a Hospital near your place? But if you think logically, the hospital should cause minimal disturbance to you (maybe the sound of emergency siren but usually they switch off when they reach or depart from hospital). Other than that, I couldn't think of anything the hospital shall affect you besides your Fengshui master says its bad (I am not familiar with Fengshui so can't comment much but I believe not everything the fengshui master says is correct because our world & environment keep changing everyday. Fengshui is based on statistics & historical data. For example, people with ears like Lee Ka Shing should get filthy rich. But you & I know this is not always true right?).

On the contrary, isn't it life saving when you need to go to the hospital immediately during emergency?
