looking at iphone 6s 64gb with digi smart plan more voice & sms @ RM98 + free 2gb promo

means

2GB+2GB
unlimited calls
unlimited sms

is it the optimum package that i can get ?

is garden digi got ready stock ?

i have work out the calculation for this plan

iphone 6s 64gb = RM3699

smarplan RM98 x 24 = 2352
device price = 2088
total damage = 4440
minus iphone 6s ori price = 4440-3699 = 741 / 24 months = RM30.90

RM30.90 per month for 2GB+2GB & Unlimited calls sounds great aint ? sweat.gif

2GB extra is valid for 12 months only.

Does anyone have any issues activating iMessage and FaceTime? Mine doesn't want to activate plus I'm already being charged for all the International SMS for activation. sad.gif

UPDATE: I managed to fix it. Problem solved. biggrin.gif

In addition to signing in+out of Apple ID, you need to set the "My Number" in your Contacts. You'll need to do it again even if you've set it before.

Hi, my 2-year contract with Digi will expire tomorrow.

If I want to switch to Celcom, what must I do? Do I need to go to Digi and inform them to switch to a normal plan first then only go to Celcom to apply? Once I switch to the normal plan, I will get back my deposit right?

You need to pay any outstanding bill then you can proceed to Celcom for MNP. and make sure don't make any call nor sms which might appear in your next bill. You need to wait up to few days till MNP succeed. Then after that you can purchased your desired phone.

Hi thanks for the reply. I just want to switch to another telco, not interested to purchase any phone. So I can just straight go to celcom and request mnp? What about the upfront payment made previously to Digi?

anyone staying around BM, Penang area experiencing poor signal for 3G/4G?

I had signed up for a 2-year contract and I had the worst experience since I got my 6+ plan in December 2014.

I have been a Digi customer since I was a Uni student and along the time I never had such bad experience.

In December 2014, I managed to sign up iPhone 6 plus i108 and I never knew that my nightmare just start.

My internet speed would suddenly slow down from 7pm to 7am, it cannot even connect to Whatsapp, sometimes.

I approached Digi for many times and they feedback to me that my phone having problem and cause the internet speed slowing down mad.gif

At the end, I approached Digi center nearby Sunway Carnival (the store was under renovation) and found that the signal tower at BM area was taken down due to MPSP regulation issue. Take note: there will be no action taken to solve customer problem and I still get yelled by the customer service crew.

After sometimes, Digi technician called and offered me the compensation, I rejected the unreasonable compensation and asked for data performance recovery instead.

Then, the speed of internet become normal after awhile, I thought it was the end of the story...

In mid of Oct 2015, the same issue appear, AGAIN!! I unable to surf during night time and it is extremely frustrated. I would also get NO SERVICE in shopping complex and crowded location.

However, my partner who is using M has no such issue at all since my first complain till now.

In conclusion, I shall change telco once my contract end! Never ever consider DiGi anymore!
