i thought there are some runawip with 900 sq ft like the residensi pandanmas? but the sentulmas is smaller..... i thought they should standardized the sizing considering price the same?

Yeah it's confirmed freehold. But Berjaya property is old fashion architect cannot use one. Some of my friends bought Km1 East and the facade designed like shit. They never improved . Like China style designed .

that is because building construction is never berjaya main business i guess...so they just copy and paste those old engineering file that they have from last century biggrin.gif

every year So many fresh graduate enter berjaya group. confirm still not own any property yet and pay also good. Don see any problem berjaya to sell off all rumawip within berjaya group staff.

I ask can get my friend a unit.

FYI, Rumawip household income threshold hv increase to rm15k so more can buy.

Rumawip concept more like first come first serve until full, so better submit asap

Can submit through developer. Just depend on your SA whether able to online fill in the form for you.
If not you can always do everything on your own online, print out the form + with all your supporting docs and hand over to the developer SA and they will help you submit.

oh ya, online also you must select which project you are applying for. so remember to tick the correct one.

For rumawip is first come first serve. Ballot for choosing floor and unit number only.

not exactly faster but easier. because rumahwip handle a few other projects as well. if you go through the developer of the project of your choice then of course checking with the right developer will be easier.

Ok guys, I submitted just now.

Office is at times square level 12 EAST side. Waste my 20 mins finding the office lol

Sat sun can go to Bukit Jalil opis also can. They said can submit there

Looks like next week more people will submit

Forgot to add on. Chloe was the one who helped me

So she said around Nov launch ka? So before that will call to ballot if confirm

She can't find me estimation as previously another forumer is having ballot now

Thought will be fast but anyways, let's hope

Hmm, I was going to apply for this but I have applied for other rumahwip previously so now my keutamaan in the portal for this project is not the first preferred one and I'm not able to change that.. any idea guys? There's no way to delete those old records as well..

Doesnt matter, just print out n attached the required docs and pass to developer office. Some developer can give offer letter on the spot if u complied the rumawip conditions.

Only Pesuruhanjaya Sumpah need to be done during office hour (unless you able to make appointment with anyone willing to work after office hour or weekend then is a bonus)
Other docs can be prepared at your own time. Mostly on fotostat only.

I am not sure whether DBKL will accept the application or not. However, I just submitted mine to Times Square office, level 12 at East Wing.

That malay lady receptionist named Azrin is very friendly. She will ask you to fill in "Bukit Jalil RMM Acknowledgement Form" as a proof that received your application, of course they will photocopy a copy to you as well. So I believe submitted to corporation is much more systematic than government nod.gif

No choice, you can't expect so much on how "systematic" of the government. Now we have to directly deal with government or Berjaya (developer), so we have to follow their operation hours rather than other developers who appointed property agent...

You're right, that is why I guess it's advisable to submit it through developer. There's too many applications within DBKL, just worried that they might overlook certain things.

I juz called rumawip to get some explanation on this berjaya quota. They said this project is a private initiative suppose to cater for all berjaya staff. They dont have any objection for developer to have certain quota for their own staff as long as more RUMAWP can be develop via private intiative. But RUMAWIP put a condition to the company to have quota for open units as well.

As for screening process, Berjaya staff who apply for this project are still subject to RUMAWIP conditions. Berjaya will submit all the applicants name and their documentation to KWP for screening and approval like open units too.

RM4 is the standard charge. They cannot charge you more.

Hotline can't answer my query so he passed me to the OIC. But I solved it already via email to urusetia rumawip. They're more responsive and helpful.

ballot is to determine you get which unit which floor. if you shortlisted in for balloting = automatically mean that you secure a unit. ballotting is not lucky draw to determine who get a unit and who doesn't.

RUMAHWIP can only go for 1 project. so must choose wisely.
heard that there is another freehold RUMAHWIP at old klang road.

Yup, outside of the condo looks old but the management & facilities looks okay lah

The only advantage that i could think of is i can move in immediately and rent out 1 room to lessen my burden ><

Nope nope, I mean I've submitted the form and supporting documents to their Putrajaya office yesterday. As for the keutamaan, I just emailed them, still waiting for reply.

U need to know which developer for that rumawip project. Contact n deal with them directly with documents n deposits.
Make your choice n proceed. There will be a lot more rumawip popping up here n there.
The more choosy you are, more likely you wil miss the boat.
The process to approve n allow u for ballot might take 6 mths

Pros no need to mention, bukit jalil king of future property.

Talking about cons:
Lanai facing elevated highway, noise can't be avoid for sure.
Htc nearby Jalilmas, which is pantang by ppl who care about their health.

Jalilmas cheaper, landmarks superb, but the biggest issue is high tension cable. Maybe Jalilmas is the deal if you don't sophisticated about htc.

I do research on this too..first house scheme can be 100 loan but interest rate around 4.4 or 4.5..btw i am pbb staff..

then it doesn't matter since u pbb staff. (lowest mortgage loan interest for staff in Malaysia) found higher salary job first before u leave, market is recession now...

For me, jalilmas by aset kayamas seem to be bit sad.gif..too many projects to be handled.. reason to choose lanai because i m staying in arena green with frenz and u can c this area gotta be happening with pavillion2.Now there are some improvements in roadway from puchong yet it is gotta be crowded soon..

In kl if u choose properly based on ur criteria and requirement, there are lots of good units one apart from rumahwip

Yeah you're right, I only considered things based on figures of project with same nature/location. Casa green is one of the affordable housing as well.

Casa green is not surrounding/nearby htc right? If yes, then it's peace of mind to stay there compared to jalilmas.

yes bro, it is not a bad deal in fact. Haha, need to do comparison liao, because lanai is like super close to TPM corporate offices and surrounded by schools. Got highway got stadium got mall and got recreational park. All in one package. Only issue seems to be high traffic flow and the gas by those vehicle

Actually not really need it that badly, but mostly wanna stay closer to the city, also thinking to share out the remaining 2 rooms smile.gif at least can help soothing on the installment i suppose. Not sure if this is the right way if i incorporate investment into my choice. biggrin.gif

I know but then me is only child so I'm alone, no sibbling and no parents around. What am i suppose to do with the remaining 2 empty rooms you see? i'm living in one of the rooms which i suppose is legal, just that the remaining two rooms maybe i share to my friends and let them pay the bills will help me a lot in this case smile.gif
