hmm... you have to consider also how much rm600k now really worth compare to your time...? inflation and rising materials price also play a role in all these... even my dad's condo which bought rm100k plus last time... now worth rm500k already...

Yeah true. but if you sell higher price due to inflation, then its not considered as real appreciation, since the relative value of the property remains

everything same la, apa investment pun. Unless gorengx2 stock like mee mamak.

I agree. What we do now is only protecting our blood sweat money from being devalued. However I think there are space for real appreciation if you choose a good one.

But you mentioned an important thing, which is rental yield, which you can only start collecting after 10 years if you buy this property.

This WIP house is means for those first home buyer and own stay.
Not for short term Investment and rental only after 10years.

4 yrs construction, 6 yrs vp=10yrs.
Not straightforward 10 yrs.
So cannot flip out once vp.. so it's no use for flippers..

4-6 months time. for rumahwip unit.

Huh? After application close still need to wait for 4-6 months time? So roughly next year May only can know the results?

A agent from another rumawip developer told me I have to wait for 3months till 1 yrs after document submitted......shocked me, so I'm struggling now! Also started looking for other options......

Bro, normal for rumawip to take more than 6 moths to process then only you can ballot for unit. Any other projects by other developer also same case.

anyone can tell me, currently I stay with my parents house and this house under my mother, brother and my name 3 person name. possible I still can apply rumawip as I not the 1st buyer house
