Talking about cons:
Lanai facing elevated highway, noise can't be avoid for sure.
Htc nearby Jalilmas, which is pantang by ppl who care about their health.

Jalilmas cheaper, landmarks superb, but the biggest issue is high tension cable. Maybe Jalilmas is the deal if you don't sophisticated about htc.

I do research on this too..first house scheme can be 100 loan but interest rate around 4.4 or 4.5..btw i am pbb staff..

Staff loan around 1 to 1.5% and gradually monthly start from installment around rm700

If take outside 100% loan then maybe around rm1500..

But i feel to leave my bank for higher salary outside

For me, jalilmas by aset kayamas seem to be bit ..too many projects to be handled.. reason to choose lanai because i m staying in arena green with frenz and u can c this area gotta be happening with pavillion2.Now there are some improvements in roadway from puchong yet it is gotta be crowded soon..

In kl if u choose properly based on ur criteria and requirement, there are lots of good units one apart from rumahwip
