hahaha thanks for reminding, dont worry.
Erm mind i ask what is cp? sp is swimming pool right? ahahaha
because lanai is my best bang of bucks for now. despite no pool - which i dont really need it either, it is developed by berjaya and it is freehold.
desamas was a good project, i did considered but it is already closed for application i suppose, right now the closest one will be the desa water park area to be rebuild as rumawip, but it is next to factories, i saw smoke out from those chimneys whenever i pass through thou

puchongmas wise it is strategic location towards muhibah station, but the parklane oug has made it traffic conjested lately. plus it is built on a river bank i suppose? Most importantly my parents have had a house in puchong already, i try to diverse away from puchong which in my opinion, doesnt make any difference if i purchase a house and the house is close to my parents' house - might as well stay with them to save cost right? haha
Sp = swimming pool, cp= car park.
300k lh in bukit jalil is awesome, but no facilities bro, not much of buffer zone to appreciate in future, lh fh (leash, free hold)? Ppl don't care ady, htc also can live with. Lh fh? Nahh forget it, it's a high rise after all. That's my opinion entirely.
Unless u buy those cram cramp, high density 198k. Cheap cheap own use, next time still can sell. For 300k kosong apartment, I won't touch because of I'm cheapskate. BUT lanai comes with bukit jalil address, that's what u want the most.
Why don't you stay with parents? Jimat cost mah, living outside = help ppl pay bank installments. You'd live with parents, outsiders from kl no choice and rent room to save cost nia.. pity life, thus rumawip good for them as 1st time home buyer.
