Yep, the SARB065. That and the SARY085 gives me a very good ying and yang for the Cocktail Time series.

Was tempted to sell the starlight, but that itch has passed.

SBDC053 does not come on bracelet, only 051. You can get the bracelet itself from Thong Sia; just need part number and you can place an order (with deposit I believe). Else, you can probably look at aftermarket bracelets like Yobokies.

And since I had an old catalog lying around the coffee table, I browsed through and saw something quite interesting...

Found a new strap for my SARY087.
(not a fan of black straps)

Doesn't really work. The strap colour is too light, thus taking away attention from the dial and also spoils the subtleness of the piece. Same happens when I tried a chippy strap with my 033. A darker horween would be nice.

i've always found that classy pieces like the sarb033, sarx035 or the sdgm003 only goes well with black natos besides their original ss bracelet, just like this ball watch for example

Tried it on a NATO, doesn't really work as well as picture shows.

Suprisingly, it looks really good with the SARB065 / SARY085 default strap.

43mm right?

The size of the recraft totally turns me off.

Edit: It's 44mm. I'm tempted to get this: https://www.ashford.com/us/watches/seiko-wa...g_cat6058&so=24 just for the caseback!

I'm keeping mine. Original idea was to flip it, not hard considering I'll probably get almost a 50% return on it easily, bit there's something in the subtleness of the dial that captivates me.

The dial colour play also means it's pretty forgiving with different straps and that's a big plus.
