I applying this company also..account payable analyst position . Last monday go interview but now still no news...anyone know it take how long to process?

Well, I waited for almost 2 months to hear back from them...

maybe wait for another week then only follow up with them

Worked there before. Environment is very nice, aircon comes from the floor instead of the top. People there are friendly & well manners. Got pantry & there will be cleaners coming twice a day to collect your coffee mugs from your desk

I got in there quite easily since I was doing an intern over there (15mins interview lol), but as they said you don't climb up the ladder vertically. After 5 years working in MM dept, they could put you as a manager in finance dept etc (just an example). Bonus depends on your performance, you perform good you get good bonus otherwise your team score will be affected too since your performance will affect the team performance as well.

Actually I am not applying to BASF GTP in Malaysian but the same "GROW ASIAN PROGRAM". So I expected the procedure should be similiar somehow. This is my first job after graduating from Universiti Teknologi Petronas and coming back to my home country so I am now very nervous . I have already proceeded to the final step which will be done in BASF's Assessment Center. So could anyone please share about some of experiences and hints so that I could prepare myself?
