Worked there before. Environment is very nice, aircon comes from the floor instead of the top. People there are friendly & well manners. Got pantry & there will be cleaners coming twice a day to collect your coffee mugs from your desk

I got in there quite easily since I was doing an intern over there (15mins interview lol), but as they said you don't climb up the ladder vertically. After 5 years working in MM dept, they could put you as a manager in finance dept etc (just an example). Bonus depends on your performance, you perform good you get good bonus otherwise your team score will be affected too since your performance will affect the team performance as well.
