Yea.. Heard sap was mostly laid off after i left. Surprisingly i saw a position for a sap position a few days ago for basf..

I was in the IT dept so i wouldnt know much about the interview process for finance dept.

depends on your expectations, but for me, it was pretty good.
quite laid back, and you can work from home once a week (depends on your manager)..
overall, i have a great experience there smile.gif

depends on your expectations, but for me, it was pretty good.

Hi everyone, I receive offer from BASF APSC and thinking of join or not..

may I know the culture there and anything need to be noticed about?

I heard some people said, when 1st day go to work thr, we need to belanja makan? In order to be close to colleagues, if not they will ignore u when u talk to them. @@ is it true?

it's normal, all candidates will go through reference checks. BASF is quite a good company, most of the employees are young and energetic, though recently cost cutting and restructuring may have some impact on the benefits and workload. Overall it's a good company.
