y i brought a xbox360 PAL.. i have an old adapter...when i switch on no light?

Hey guys kind of a noobish question here, but i just got myself a thumbdrive(finally)
and i copied some video files onto the thumbdrive(video game trailers etc) but i cannot access them through my 360, what am i doing wrong here? |
