Hi all, I have a question regarding my order from online store. From the tracking record, it shows that my item already arrived today at Sepang by 10.30 am... The activity is 'Import Scan'. Until now, the status still remain... Nothing changed or updated.
Why it took a long time for my item to be delivered? Is it normal? The courier is UPS...

Normally it will delivered on time as per Apple store delivery option mentioned. Should be 4 working days the most. Enjoy your new iphone soon ........... Just change my sim card to nano sim from maxis centre right now. Chit chat with the staffs, and just reliased that buy iphone at here ( Labuan free duty island ) is much cheaper because here are exempted from GST. iphone 6 s plus 64 g only cost RM4050, cheaper RM149. what the h.......... as i mentioned i just purchased it from apple online store this monday ........ sigh ...............  |

You guys, if the date of the warranty end is not correct you can always contact Apple and have them adjust it. All you have to do is submit a proof of purchase (aka receipt) when they ask.

I just set up my new iphone 6s plus three days ago. and till now every time when i unlock my iphone and the loading logo keep spinning, it means is downloading or updating something. Do all iphone user here facing the same situation ? it is normal for starting few days ?  |
