Also for the MOBO, do i still stick with Gigabyte H170N-WiFi if i get SG02 case?

Just need some suggestion. I'm planning to upgrade my pc for 3d architecture visualization purposes, that's mean it's gonna be a lot of 3d modelling task and a lot of V-Ray rendering. My desktop specification is as stated in my signature. I would prefer to change to Xeon proc while maintaining my mobo, and preferably upgrade to 32gb ram if my budget is allowable to do so.

Budget is around 3k.
