Boss, so finally you manage to use the Ecohill link to reach the Lekas from North Gate? What's your opinion between the old Jalan Semenyih and new Ecohill Lekas Link..
I think that's are the weakness of SEH compare to EM.
1.) SEH built alot of good landscape (lakes, playground, fountain, unique sculptures) but all hidden inside the fencing area which public cannot access, especially not to the attention of the first time comer. If people is not impressed during the first time visit, how SEH can expect better sales.
2.) The PARC is really impressive with great views and tonnes of top notch playground facilities. Nevertheless, it will serve the real purpose only during evening time, which people start to flood the PARC with different leisure activities. The PARC however is not "friendly" for the first time comer, because they may come with not appropriate attire (high heel for example) and during afternoon (under hot sun). Again, if people is not impressed during the first time visit, how SEH can expect better sales.
3.) The roundabouts landscape along Jalan Ecohill, such as The Breeze, The Wind and The EcoCave seem do not create the impact that are appreciated by the first comer, especially during morning period, which the sculptures at the Breeze and the Wind doesn't glow at morning time. Again and again, if people is not impressed during the first time visit, how SEH can expect better sales.
4.) SEH spends tonnes of money to bring in AgilFence PIDS system into SEH (first time in Malaysia, currently SEG also will implement it as well) for security enhancement. This is an world-class award winning perimeter fencing technology and has been used even for the security purpose in Changi Airport. Nevertheless, it seems like SEH fail to market this world-class feature to the public effectively, not to mention to the first time visitor. In their marketing material, they just put some fibre optic picture and mention it is one of the most intelligent security system, wondering how many commoner really understand and appreciate it..

... Again and again and agian, if people is not impressed during the first time visit, how SEH can expect better sales.
No doubt SPS has done a great job in SEH, but their marketing strategy seems still lagging compare to the EW on EM. IF SEH wants to be remain competitive compare to EM, they must do significant improvement on their marketing strategy and work out effectively how to impress the potential customer, especially the first time visitor..

Of course the new Lekas-Ecohill link is much better.
I think not only SEH but the entire SPS teams need to buck up.
The staff manning the sales office really needs to have more incentive to highlight their product features and handle customers in a better way.
Not only just explaining the products but also highlight features and ask what customers wants or looking for.
I was a bit shock one time when a SA in ES asked me more questions then I ask her
She ask what I am looking for, how do i find their product, any suggested improvements, what is generally lacking in KK, what i would like to see in future ES products etc
In this aspect, EW wins hands down.

Their staff at EM deserve a
Note, it is not only one particular staff but almost all their staff are very well trained on the product and have very well manners.
I've been to ES sales gallery numerous time and each time a different staff handle me and they all exhibit the same
This shows consistency and a well trained team.
Sadly, SPS sales gallery staff lack this but not only them, generally all other sales developers is also the same.
Worse is SDP sales staff.
