I think I would like to up my target price to purchase from 7.50 to 8.00. If,...if, OCBC can fall below 8.00, then it's time to go in before it's too late.

There's write up on the SG banks in a recent Edge mag and it went through some details of loans to O n G companies which the banks have classed as Non performing already. Quite big amounts.

Yeah... I think so too. MyRepublic is set to come on-board, and analyst comments are everywhere about being careful and to act cautiously when considering the three telcos, hence causing price dfops, but all these have been experienced before.

But do follow-up closely on news regarding how the O&G industry is affecting the SG banks, and in this case, OCBC in particular,... Heard in a seminar recently that NPLs are starting to affect the loan books of the SG banks, and if I am not mistaken, OCBC seems to rank highest in terms of exposure,... but that's what I heard from the analysts,...can't rely fully on their comments, though,...

Saizen is going dormant, going through with its plans to selloff its entire portfolio of income-generating properties...

And in actual fact,... I am watching Saizen NOT because I have Saizen in my portfolio,... but it's because I want to learn how a REIT can selloff all its assets and turn itself into a cash company. The points that I am interesting to watch would be how the REIT reimburses the unitholders after it disposes off its entire portfolio, what valuation used, why a REIT would want to selloff its assets, how long it takes to complete the whole process, etc,...

To me, what Saizen is doing is something very unique. It's not delisting, and neither is it continuing to create value for its unitholders. It just sold off its income-generating assets, and does not intend to continue operating. How about the unitholders ?

Forummers,....

The following webpage of the SGX is used by many SGX Investors to research their chosen counters or to help them sieve out the counters that suited their risk appetite and target returns.

This webpage is also recommended by many gurus in the Singapore market. Personally, I don't use this webpage, for I preferred to use a multitude of different sites to fulfill my needs.

The site : http://www.sgx.com/wps/portal/sgxweb/home/...sure/stockfacts

To many, even the gurus, the above site is a One-Stop-Shop for all research needs. I would choose to be more careful, lest there are mistakes or even typo errors on this site.
