How is the response then, More buyers bought KL View or non KL view for quiet?

I personally prefer quiet view unless there are few low costs flat very near my view.

I can view the whole landscape from nsk/kuchai lama and the whole kl city landscape on the right from my living room. I won't say it's noisy, the glass is quite sound proof.

Which is the quiet view at the leafz?

I am naking a similar decision on a condo also. Facing klcc view is direct highway. Non fscing is 2sty

The con about facing highway is not about the noise that depends on floor and individual but, the dust.

I used to buy my first highrise and facing highway, can bear the noise but cannot tahan the dust. Even my tenant also dun like it.

non facing highway > klcc view for me

view will get bored. highway sound...cannot get bored. lol

I think there's MRT2 railway on the way too.

view is very importent,
you don't want keep facing other block and graveyard gua.

but the view might change over time,
the sound won't

That is right.. MRT 2 line will also blend into Leafz klcc view

If you can wait, I'd say wait till about next year, probably won't fall much but the general consensus is that prices will fall. Only time will tell.
