Sorry to interrupt folks,
Just out of curiosity, when developer asks the purchaser to sign SPA & pay the balance of the downpayment does this mean that the SPA is final? Is there such thing as sign, pay downpayment today... 2 months later an original SPA will be produced ? |

Hi guys, The Leafz is sitting on a commercial land, does it mean quit rent, assessment, water and electricity bills are charged at commercial rate?
Is the club house is still under construction? Thanks. |

Leafz looks not bad. The occupancy rate looks promising too.
Too bad did not get the unit there during the launch. So far, how's the build quality and facilities coming on till now? |
