Heard the developer directors keep alot of units themselves.. thats why got their own agents trying to sell down now? wonder if its true.

Sorry to interrupt folks,

Just out of curiosity, when developer asks the purchaser to sign SPA & pay the balance of the downpayment does this mean that the SPA is final?

Is there such thing as sign, pay downpayment today... 2 months later an original SPA will be produced ?

Stamped copy yes,
that is nothing call original SPA.

As long as it stamped and sign is ok

Good wor... but alot agents say all units sold.

I suspect still got some developer units.

Too plenty of agents around and I dont think all of them know unless they are close with the developer.

A very Exsim design and on my opinion, I feel The Leafz looks better than The Treez, probably bigger development hence more units and bigger landscapes. The Treez is nice but too small and design quite strong.

Anyway, I believe this is good for own stay but not investment if to buy subsales of the Leafz now, the maintenance fee is quite high.

Hi guys, The Leafz is sitting on a commercial land, does it mean quit rent, assessment, water and electricity bills are charged at commercial rate?

Is the club house is still under construction?

Leafz looks not bad. The occupancy rate looks promising too.
Too bad did not get the unit there during the launch.
So far, how's the build quality and facilities coming on till now?
