Hi Asali, thanks for the clarification, it's a good news. Do you live there?

I went there before, but I didn't notice the building below, pointed with arrow:

Did you posted same question to agent or sale during that time?

No, I just noticed it just now when I visit the website. From the iproperty website it mentions sauna, jogging track and clubhouse. From the website, clubhouse is that building pointed with arrow.

I just asked the agent, he said the initial proposed clubhouse is pay per entry, and many residents declined to pay, so the developer hasn't built it yet because they don't want to build something that noone willing to pay and use it. In the end, he said a meeting is required between the developer and the leafz committees to decide what to do with that land. Once decided, the developer will build it.

No ideas. I'm just a potential buyer in the leafz, for more info, you might need to ask management.

More curious on the build quality and workmanship though. Seen it in person, looks good but can't tell much from looking at the unit for 5 mins. So far no reviews from actual owners..

I guess no news is good news

Anyone has been staying there? Any complaint so far? I've been there a few times, great build quality, design that make sense.

It is odd that barely any owners comment on the workmanship. If quality is good, they do not stand to lose anything by posting in forums, it may even attract buyers. On the other hand if quality is bad, they are putting their foot in their mouth by posting it online causing prospective buyers to think twice brows.gif

Leafz looks not bad. The occupancy rate looks promising too.
Too bad did not get the unit there during the launch.
So far, how's the build quality and facilities coming on till now?
*
