Yes you're right, majority for studio unit is around 1.4k to 1.5k and two room (1025sqft) is around 1.7k to 1.8k.

But, some did rented out more than it is depending how you makeovers the unit.

I totally agreed your personal view. The fact that also most tenants/buyers view, as you can probably seen that the occupancy rate is filling up fast.

If not miataken club hse is belong to private but no dateline when. As I know of the piece of land is currently under construction for commercial buildings maybe small piece of land would built club hse.

I heard the cheaper one is 520K for 750sf. Any property agent would like to correct me if am wrong.

May i know why you would want to choose Theleaz as there are plenty choices of 500k properties.
