I'd like to ask for help on something.
23288 keeps on sending me the mobile paper kpop texts.
I'm not subscribed to it but i kept receiving the mobile paper kpop things.
And then whenever I checked my credit balance, it would turn up to be decreased in a quite big amount.
I've tried to send STOP to 23288 but still i keep receiving the subscription.
Please help me.

Dear Maxis,

Kindly help to unsubscribe & block any SMS service from this number 23238. On 3 October 2015, I receive a SMS spam from them and it charge me RM2 for receiving it.

Please help to unsubscribe/block and refund the money immediately. According to the sms content, it will charge me RM1 WEEKLY for receiving such useless scam.
