Guys, need help, I preordered mine on Lazada at 10/12/2015 14:04:48, but since then, not a single update. Even the confirmation email I didn't get. Usually when we buy at lazada, will get confirmation email right? Not this one. This is my order details:

I was like WTF??? Why? If knew this will happened, I wouldn't pre-ordered it in the first place. Better off getting it in store. Do you guys have any idea what this is happening?
I'm a loyal fan of Microsoft and this how they treated me? I've had Lumia 800 and now using Lumia 930 since it launched. I've always bought the latest flagship Lumia, yet this is what I get? Not cool Microsoft, not cool.
Things to note:
- I noticed they changed the product title to (ETA: 15th January) last week.
- I'm using Maybank 0% installment on Lazada and successfully checked out.
- Until now the order status still "processing"
- They say they are going to email if I ever get to be the first 100 that will receive the dock, yet not a single email either from lazada or microsoft (if i ever get it)
p/s: I envy u guys have the phone in hand already.. I'm crying over here..

Altot I also cant wait for the 950xl to come as it is much late arrived then those go buy at shop..
