Recently I found the WDRT giving alot errors.

It takes some time for the battery meter to calibrate, give it a week and see.

i reserved mine last week cuz i have been bugging the contact i have in DD

i think new stocks ciming in for XL wont be coming with display dock, cuz yesterday they almost exclude me from getting the display dock

Guys, need help, I preordered mine on Lazada at 10/12/2015 14:04:48, but since then, not a single update. Even the confirmation email I didn't get. Usually when we buy at lazada, will get confirmation email right? Not this one. This is my order details:



As you can see, it said the ETA was 18th December, but I've yet to receive any updated from them. Not even a tracking number. I've contacted Microsoft Malaysia and they gave this useless reply:



I also contacted Microsoft Lumia Malaysia, which they straight ignore me. So I called Lazada yesterday, it said to check on me and get back to me later, and just today they called me and said that they contacted the "merchant" as in MS, and they confirmed it that it's going to be deliver starting 15th of January!! I was like WTF??? Why? If knew this will happened, I wouldn't pre-ordered it in the first place. Better off getting it in store. Do you guys have any idea what this is happening?

I'm a loyal fan of Microsoft and this how they treated me? I've had Lumia 800 and now using Lumia 930 since it launched. I've always bought the latest flagship Lumia, yet this is what I get? Not cool Microsoft, not cool.

Things to note:
- I noticed they changed the product title to (ETA: 15th January) last week.
- I'm using Maybank 0% installment on Lazada and successfully checked out.
- Until now the order status still "processing"
- They say they are going to email if I ever get to be the first 100 that will receive the dock, yet not a single email either from lazada or microsoft (if i ever get it)

p/s: I envy u guys have the phone in hand already.. I'm crying over here..

me too, order from lazada ...... but lucky i choose COD, still haven pay them anything.

Lazada just sent me a message about my cancelled order saying it's being delivered.. Luckily I did COD and just need to reject the delivery when it arrives.

What's your order date and time? Just wanted to compare to mine since I haven't received anything, not even confirmation email.

Well, the thing is that ever since Surface Pro pre order I could see that all the merchant partners could never deliver on pre orders on time properly. And then on top of that, I haven't really heard good things about the Lazada process either. Which is why I choose the COD route when pre ordering so I know I can cancel it without much problems on my side

My order was placed on 9th, and I only got my tracking notification just now, but like others have mentioned, just because there's a number doesn't even mean it'll instantly be delivered the other day.

I think all the other Lazada Pre Orders haven't received their phone yet, most of us who have it went through another source. Like DirectX.

Hope you get your phone soon, then we can start talking and complaining about the actual phone instead!

The thing is I don't mind if I get it late. It's just the false advertising and information that set me off. If they said they're going to deliver by that time, they should! At the very least, update the customer of the current situation, whether it's delayed, or misinformed or whatnot.

From what I observe, this is just false advertising. I expect it to get early, so I thought since they can deliver early, just online would be easier. It turns out they changed the date later on. What actually happened? At best I can guess (if it's not blatant false advertising) is that they intend to deliver it by the earlier date (18th), but they "over-sold" it during launch and now they're out of stock. If that's the case, it's equally bad as false advertising and they should be ashamed of it.

Anybody knows where can I get Lumia 950 XL off the shelf that comes with free dock?

I ordered my 950 XL on 9/12 and 950 on 13/12. Collected the 950 yesterday but the XL is still pending to be picked up by GDEX. I cannot cancel because they have issued the tracking number. Not to mention, I have paid in full!

Now have ordered from DirectD instead and hope to get it this week.

Some of you might be wondering if the display dock can be powered via a USB battery pack, wonder no more!!

Short answer is.. yes and no. Because while the dock needs a power supply to work, seems like it refuses to take power from it when it doesn't detect it's charger.
