That's very surprising. DIN 75 is higher capacity but last shorter than DIN 66.

Can we claim warranty for rubber lining crack? It looks hideously terrible and when you drive on highway, it makes some clicking noise. Maybe my the rubber lining got broken during the maintenance service. 

which is better 215/45/17 or 225/45/17 for our pug.....does it make huge different between 215/225 on our rims? anyone hv pic?

215/45 the diameter is actually smaller vs 225/45.

So when ur speed showing 100, you run slower than 100 actually..
besides, 215/45 the side wall is thinner vs 225/45.. coz 215/45 the sidewall is actually 45% of 215 while 225/45 is 45% of 225...

Finally managed done my recall item at SC, after paying the simplest service (engine oil + oil filter). Changed a few items under recall: cooling coil, heat shield, oil pump solenoid, electric pump and water pump...
Except the HP pump which I had changed earlier of the year myself, SC said can keep it till next time spoiled then change...

I emailed clic about the product recalls and enhancement program so clic replied with these items entitled for enhancement:

So I've read in this forum some people wait until the items breakdown before going for the enhancement. Would that apply to my situation too? The car was first purchased in September 2012 so the 5 year warranty is almost up. Would these enhancement apply even after warranty period?

After all the 408's number plate is at the bottom & one needs to concentrate on the surroundings not only on the no. plate while driving.

I need to do the latest enhancements, as that is one of the criteria. I need to clarify with CLIC, if I hold changing hpfp & cooling coil for the moment, do I qualify. At present on my car both these items are working well, no sense in changing unless defective!

Yes that's right. I'm trying to hold hpfp & cooling coil till they actually become defective. Don't know if that's possible.

I'm going to maintain the warranty coz my car is used car and I don't know if previous owner take good care of it or not. Until I'm confident the car is in good condition, i will keep the warranty. At the moment, there's no fault codes but i'm still not satisfied with the fuel consumption. Pathetic... can only go about 400km per full tank. So I'm going to kota damansara SC to check again. Hopefully can claim some more new parts under warranty.

Mine is June 2016, means no under 7 years warranty extension program...what a joke!!! Suck

Bought my Peug 408T Feb 2013, reaching 140000km soon...still service at Peugeot SC and everytime something broke that not covered under warranty i will do it outside. Normally i will get the written quotation from SC for the parts that need to be replace/repair then bring the quotation to outside workshop.

So far so good, still love my lion and planning to drive up to bangkok next year
