free new timing chains and HP pump..... why not

Is the free recall only for those still under the extended warranty? What if mine no longer covered?

Worse is my Sales chap never even informed me about it.

Just called my SC Setia Alam, 408e-thp not eligible~~ 

it just happens that my car is in SC today for service,that's why kancheong to ask. 2 years & 90k km,still happy with it. Except the other day I went to Aeon Tebrau,got a Peugeot roadshow & the SA told me that I can get the 408t Griffe for 90k++ only.

Very surprised you managed to get this model cos all 408THP/NA in Malaysia, Lion is housed. Lion out of house front fender is available online.

I suspect Nassim was planning to introduce this as facelift model. Looks like that plan got smashed when Peugeot announced the E-thp!

Tried to fit the bigger Century battery into my NA but compartment only fit Din55. Any idea what other battery brand with Din bigger than 55 that could fit into NA?

Hi all is it normal to have wind noise when driving over 120km/hr?? its not very loud but still can hear while driving faster.
The sound seems to come in from window/door at the top.

Yup 2years ago I had this problem. It was compressor, fixed under warranty. It happened again 10days ago, now no warranty.

Compressor is Denso, well known Jap brand. Now locally manufactured by crony company!

Lucky you have warranty. Appreciate if you can find out cost of repair. I've tried out side air con shop, no one wants to repair this model.

I've got a cooling coil recall by Peugeot. My cooling coil is working ok, it's the compressor that has konged . Told Clic about compressor, but they say at the moment compressor is not recall list.

I heard compressor is also on recall, but have to wait. It's actually very hot to drive without a working compressor, that's why hoping to just repair. Like a temporary measure.

I called your link, they don't repair compressor but got recon units, cost $800. I might get this & wait for the recall. At least the car will be drivable .

When the age of the car is 4-5years. All sort of things needed repair.

From May 2016 until yesterday. I have fixed quite a number of things.

1. Rear wheelcbearing rm1k
2. Aircon compressor and condensor. Rm1.2k
3. Speed sensor. Warranty.
4. Sparkplug and ignition coil. Rm500 x2 times.
5. Oil leaking from turbo. Rm700
6. Oil leaking from gearbox. Rm2300 including changing brake pad and skimming brake disc.

Hopefully no more repair in the next 1 year or so. Otherwise, i really have to give up on this car already.
