Not from Kuantan. I went to Kuantan because project requirement so I get this shield and it do help me to protect my engine..

Yes, will increase hp and torque once you decat and install a bigger downpipe. BUT, you must remap the car ECU or install a piggyback which will change the settings of the ECU. If you don't do that, then the car will surely have check light error.

Stock 408THP has only about 130+hp on wheel. If this car did a remap with the downpipe change, then the owner probably can expect about 160+ to 170+hp on wheel

We have a member said your staff named Sarsi not so helpful interm of claiming EWP. He ask the owner to provide all service invoice from the beginning rather than ask CLIC for it.

But will check with Service side on this, as if not mistaken, should have better methods.

It has air inlets and outlets. Not too sure about the efficiency though.
My 408 also has this, so far so good.

I'd like to make a suggestion from my observation and as a customer.

I don't think Mr.Sasi is at fault. He is only a staff doing his job. It is the procedure by which these claims are handled which is inadequate. It appears procedures are not well defined and staff do not have proper guidance & training to handle these cases.

This is certainly an area of concern for Management.A customer will be only afforded better experience if the staff are equiped the necessary tools.

As mayalab mentioned, this shield have air inlet and outlet, so installed it should be fine. Temperature in meter still same as before install., about 90 degC. As long as it can protect my engine from any debris, I will feels happy about it.
Ya, I usual to wash my car by myself once a week if I at Kuantan. I hate bauxite, but I still need to be there for project requirement in Gebang..sigh

No need remap or piggyback. Supercircuit downpipe is plug&play. No CEL.

Interesting, so the ECU won't show CEL if the cat con is missing?

Or does the downpipe use a highflow cat or perhaps an O2 defouler?

Dont know what you called it. I guess you can call it a defouler or a bypass. So is a plug & play and no CEL.

The downpipe has no more cat. So is no a highflow cat. It is a straight pipe through. 2.5"

Last night my ABS faulty and ESP blinking.. was worried, but this morning I went to work, the notification disappeared. Was it a sensor glitch? anyone got exp?

I also hate these people who "itchy hand" . Try send it to detailing shop to do Compounding/polishing. See whether can minimize the scratched or not
