QUOTE(BSS30112015 @ Feb 4 2016, 03:26 PM) They should maintain the clubhouse in tip-top condition as d'Tempat Clubhouse + Matrix Global School is the main attraction for premium buyers. Yeah of course. You should write to management, keep us posted on what are their replies and the rectification. As I said I have heard only good things about their management's integrity, hope it translates into effective operational management too. |

QUOTE(BSS30112015 @ Feb 4 2016, 03:29 PM) QUOTE(eagle008 @ Feb 4 2016, 03:35 PM) I personally think opening up to outsiders to buy memberships is a good move.Get more recurring revenue to maintain the upkeep. Other than exclusivity, should think about business too. When the sales agent sold you the house, they promised free membership, but didn't promise that they won't open up the membership application to outsiders. Also, it's not a bad thing, as long as they put a reasonable cap on the number of patrons. |

As of today, their website still statedGet more recurring revenue to maintain the upkeep. Other than exclusivity, should think about business too. When the sales agent sold you the house, they promised free membership, but didn't promise that they won't open up the membership application to outsiders. Also, it's not a bad thing, as long as they put a reasonable cap on the number of patrons. d’Tempat Country Club’s membership are exclusive for only homeowners and investors of all Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad’s development areas such as in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban, Kluang and Kuala Lumpur. Let wait for black and white from eagle008. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Feb 4 2016, 03:52 PM) well they also needed the money. nowadays all very expensive. outsider membership fee do help a bit The retail section and restaurants were open to outsiders too from the beginning. Only the free facilities (e.g. gym, pool, badminton court, etc.) were exclusive to members (homeowners that received free membership). And with so many houses in BSS, how do you realistically know which is outsider and which is resident anyway? It's not like you know everyone in the township And when I heard last time that they want to maintain exclusivity for homeowners and earn from the retail, felt quite strange about this strategy. As an outside observer, I feel that opening up is a good move, both for the company, and also for the homeowners. Why? Because company get more money (profit) and also to maintain the quality of the place (benefit the homeowners). This post has been edited by ripplezone: Feb 4 2016, 04:00 PM |

It's not like you know everyone in the township I don't mind they open to public but they need to keep the quality of the services. And when I heard last time that they want to maintain exclusivity for homeowners and earn from the retail, felt quite strange about this strategy. QUOTE(nexona88 @ Feb 4 2016, 03:52 PM) well they also needed the money. nowadays all very expensive. outsider membership fee do help a bit The only way you can get exclusivity, is by making the cost too prohibitive to the public, current cost of BSS is not there yet (what if a uncouth lowbie rent a unit in BSS and ask for access to the club thru the owner?) Unless membership in the club is by invitation only, there's nothing exclusive about it In the other hand, what's so bad about the public that you need exclusivity? Good manners and civic mindedness does not comes with the ability to purchase a club membership(or house) Exclusivity - Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it |
