At the initial planning stage, a major developer wish to include HSR into its township however huge land size required even include the under construction hyper market as such Sime Darby got the station at Labu.

hmm.gif seem this article refer to BSS developer Matrix and the hypermarket is KIP Mart?

PETALING JAYA: Recently listed Seremban-based property developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has entered into two sale and purchase agreements in areas near Seremban as part of plans to expand the company’s Bandar Sri Sendayan township development.

The company has inked agreements with TJ Integrated Sdn Bhd to buy 78.68ha of freehold land located in Rasah, Seremban for RM59.28mil, and with Koperasi Sendayan Labu Seremban Bhd to buy 95.88ha of freehold land located in Labu for RM47.46mil.

It said in separate announcements to Bursa Malaysia that based on preliminary plans, the land would be developed into two-storey shops, semi-detached homes and link-homes with gross development values of approximately RM800mil and RM760mil, respectively.

I think this is 2013 news but glad their land bank increase.

Sure or not, did you call the club to verify?

From what I asked them last time, only homeowners and other related tenants/workers at BSS can get it.

Just less than a year after opening, the sauna and steam in male changing room already out of order and one of the aquatic gym equipment also under maintenance for quite sometime doh.gif

Even members bring along the guest, he or she also need to pay RM10.60 to use the facilities, is this the norm for other clubhouse too?

1) Individual: RM1,060.00 per term

2) Family: RM2,120 per term

(Principal account holder+spouse+children below 18 years of age)

3) Junior Member: RM424.00 per term

(Above 18 years to 21 years of age)

Notification

d’Tempat Country Club’s membership are exclusive for only homeowners and investors of all Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad’s development areas such as in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban, Kluang and Kuala Lumpur.

At the moment, all homeowners entitled for free membership have been informed by mail on their eligibility to sign up as members. Membership application forms have also been distributed.

Such things can be quite common. I have heard good things in the market about their management, in terms of business integrity. Maybe they are new to this, some learning curve and small mistakes. Try to complain to the management and see what's their reply?

Some other clubhouse, non-member can't even use the facilities. And some members might actually not be too happy that you're allowed to pay to use, it dilutes the exclusivity. So I guess it's quite a neutral thing.

They should maintain the clubhouse in tip-top condition as d'Tempat Clubhouse + Matrix Global School is the main attraction for premium buyers.
